In today’s market, many companies have to operate in the conditions of high competition. Each company is struggling gain advantage which will make them stand out from competitors. They try achieve such a competitive through marketing, improving product quality or increasing efficiency processes within company. One methods gaining introduction new management systems, as self-management. Given market situation, large number face uncertainty. It difficult predict results initiative implementation. Such working seriously increase complexity managing these systems. For example, rapidly evolving business environment, it right decisions. process work, we encountered problem forecasting behaviour system and environment. Implementation simulation makes possible result taking into account various scenarios. An important condition for creating models accordance with tasks successful choice methodology software. our considered different approaches modelling, outlined main steps be taken when constructing model drew general rules model. We briefly analysed systems software that can used simulation, their advantages disadvantages. AnyLogic software, principles its operation, benefits weak points were discussed more detail. With help activities marketing department at conventional enterprise simulated, potential impact self-management implementation was pre-estimated expected particular unit modelled.
